John DeLuca, CPA

John has over 15 years experience in the recycling industry, having worked for some of the largest private and public metal recyclers in the world. John has a robust finance background, having lead those companies through acquisitions, divestitures, and sales processes. John helps our clients with all things finance related. Whether managing diligence, creating a pitch deck or facilitating a recapitalization, John has the knowledge and experience to help guide our clients through their most complex challenges.

Lillian Melcher, CPA

Senior Consultant - Finance & Accounting

Lillian has over 30 years of experience as a finance and accounting professional. Holding positions as FP&A Manager and CFO, Lilian has a broad range of skills and abilities that have helped many of her clients add structure and organization to departments in both accounting and finance.

Mike Fisher

Senior Consultant - Sales Strategy

Mike has over 30 years of sales experience. He has spent the last 18 years teaching and training the sales professionals from companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Arthrex, Coca Cola, Enterprise Rent a Car, Recycling Management Resources, Delta Faucets and Behr Paints. Mike is a master facilitator on sales process, training and management, having lead training events in 5 continents worldwide. No matter the size or scope, Mike's knowledge and approach is integral in helping our clients reach their sales and growth goals.
